According to a report by Cinema Blend:

Fans are reacting with a mixture of shock and outrage

Apparently Jamie's wife, Amelia Warner, is not happy with him performing explicit sex scenes in the film, claims the Australian magazine NW citing its unnamed source

This is all just speculation at this point, but, reportedly, Dornan’s wife, Amelia Warner, was not happy with her husband performing explicit sex scenes. She also hasn’t been happy with the amount of female attention Dornan received since the film’s release.

Additionally, Jamie is disillusioned with his experiences following the theatrical release and negative reviews of Fifty Shades. He believes his performance was satisfactory, but he didn't have any chemistry with his co-star, Dakota Johnson

The publication's unnamed source claims that there are multiple reasons behind Dornan's reported negative feelings about the franchise, saying that the actor is "disillusioned with his experiences" following the theatrical release and negative reviews of Fifty Shades.

The movie not only got negative reviews, but also a rather dismal C+ CinemaScore; and to make matters worse, its domestic box office numbers sank like a stone during its second week of release (dropping 73 percent).

However, with no official word from anyone directly involved with the franchise, this is rumour should be taken with a pinch of salt. In fact, a Twitter account claiming to be associated with Fifty Shades of Grey franchise is denying it:

Although if true, this could be a blessing in disguise for "Fifty Shades" fans who were disappointed by Jamie's portrayal of Mr. Grey. If not, they will have to continue to bear him!

So if Jamie was to be replaced in the 'Fifty Shades' franchise, who do you think would be a suitable replacement for him?

Earlier in February, Malaysians were served with the news that the movie won't make it to local cinemas. No surprise there:
