The 46-year-old man, who allegedly had sex with his 21-year-old daughter over the past three years, is expected to be charged in court on Tuesday.

Police sources revealed that the woman will not be detained. "We have concluded our investigations and will be charging the father," the sources said.

That is what the wife of a man who allegedly had sex with his 21-year-old daughter to a journalist when she was approached in front of her house in Kajang.

However, before the the 46-year-old woman entered her house, she said: "It is because my heart is aching ...” to indicate how sad she was over the alleged affair.

The man has been remanded until Nov 26 to facilitate investigations under Section 376A of the Penal Code for incest.
The offence carries a jail sentence of between six and 20 years, and whipping upon conviction.
Legal Sources Say The Girl Can Be A Victim, But She Can Also Be Charged For Committing Incest.
The woman has been sent to the Kajang Hospital for a medical check-up.
Legal sources said that if the father is charged with the offence, she could also be liable under Section 376A.

“It will be up to the Attorney-General’s Chambers to decide whether the woman was a victim or if she should be charged with the offence as well,” the source added.
