[UPDATED] Nothing Wrong With Burning Bibles Threat, Dr. M Said
Ibrahim Ali, the notorious President and Founder of Perkasa, a controversial Malay supremacy NGO, made headlines again with his threat to burn Malay Bibles using the word 'Allah'. He also threatened to stop supporting Barisan Nasional after being chastised by their leaders.

Selepas bantahan dari orang ramai mengenai ugutan membakar kitab Injil minggu lalu, Perkasa berkata mereka tidak lagi mahu membakar buku suci itu.

The case is being investigated under Section 298 of the Penal Code for uttering words with deliberate intent to wound the religious feelings of any person as well as the Sedition Act.
The police take the matter very seriously and will investigate his alleged statement thoroughly. Ibrahim Ali will be called again (for further investigations) in a few days.
