Daripada pemerhatian saya, sebuah kereta hitam mempunyai kesan tembakan di tingkap. Namun, kejadian sebenar saya tidak pasti dan silalah nantikan laporan berita daripada media tempatan nanti.

The robbers, who were in two black Proton Wiras, were involved in a high-speed chase with a team from the Selangor Serious Crime Division (D9) since 11.30am before police managed to corner them at the toll plaza nearly four hours later.

It is learnt that the D9 police personnel out on a patrol as part of Selangor police’s operation codenamed Ops Banker, had spotted the robbers in Klang Selatan at about 11.30am.

Selangor deputy police chief says they had no choice but to shoot the robbers as the robbers fired serveral shots at the police

Selangor deputy police chief Deputy Comm Datuk Abdul Rahim Jaafar said policemen managed to corner the robbers in the two of the three Proton Wiras at the toll plaza but the suspects fired several shots at the police.

“We had no choice but to fire back, hitting all three suspects. The suspects died at the scene,” he said adding that, no policemen were injured during the incident.

DCP Abdul Rahim says the robbers are believed to be Indonesians

DCP Abdul Rahim said the Proton Wiras used by the robbers bore Indonesian registration plates.
“The suspects were foreigners believed to be Indonesians,” he said.

“The victim, who is a woman, in her 30s, was unhurt during the initial robbery.

“We are clamping down hard on these kinds of smash and grab gangs,” he said.
