1. Algeria took a surprise lead in the first half by scoring a penalty. It was their first ever World Cup goal since 1986.
2. Belgian substitute Marouane Fellaini came on and equalised for Belgium in the second half. It must be because of his fabulous hair.
3. Mertens, another substitute was Belgium's saviour of the day! With 10 minutes to spare, he scored the decisive goal to bring a huge sigh of relief for the Belgians.
