Celcom receives a 4 out of 5 star rating by YouTube for top streaming quality covering 147 locations within Malaysia
Video Checkup from YouTube analyses billions of watch results each month, scores video quality by provider, and maps areas of higher and lower quality.
The highest score an operator can currently achieve is 4 stars, with YouTube stating that 4.5 and 5 are reserved for future use.
This means users in selected locations on the Celcom 4G LTE network are able to view HD videos with smooth streaming

These scores are based on the streaming capability of the provider at standard definition (SD) and high definition (HD) resolutions, as measured by YouTube mobile applications in the past 35 days.
