Instagram users will receive a notification if someone takes a screenshot of the images they've sent via direct message
However, if you screenshot a picture from someone’s grid or story post, they will not be notified. Notifications are triggered only if the image is sent directly to you via the in-DM camera feature, and you take a screenshot of it.

By converting your regular account to a business account, you can unlock additional features.
Beneath your posts, the ‘View insights’ option allows you to see the number of accounts that have viewed, engaged with, and interacted with your content. It also provides a summary of the number of the likes, comments, shares, and saves.

Look for a bar graph icon next to the eye icon on your Instagram post. Tapping on this will reveal the number of accounts that viewed, engaged with, and responded to your story.
Interestingly, you can even identify who shared your story. Additionally, the people you shared the story with will appear in the viewership list.
