The film's stars Josh Hutcherson, who plays Peeta Mellark, and Sam Claflin, who plays Finnick Odair, accepted the award and Hutcherson took the time to remember his late co-star Philip Seymour Hoffman.
"Fast & Furious" franchise star Jordana Brewster presented a touching tribute to her late co-star Paul Walker. Vin Diesel appeared in a tribute video featuring clips of Walker's roles over the course of his career and his acceptance speech from a previous award show.
Mark Wahlberg gets some love from wife Rhea Durham during the show. Wahlberg was the recipient of the MTV Generation Award. "This is the 'you're too old to come back award,'" the 'Transformers' star joked. "But you know what? It was a great run."

Taking the jab in stride, Tatum, 33, said, "It's weird because 10 years ago I was sitting in front of my TV watching the show just like people at home right now, and I didn't have the faintest thought that I could be up here talking to y'all."
