Hours Before The Awards Show, A Pipe Went "Totally Bust" And The Red Carpet Was Flooded
Hours before Sunday's Golden Globes ceremony, a pipe burst outside the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif., flooding a portion of the red carpet.
