[PHOTOS] Captain America & Chris Pratt’s Visit To A Kids’ Hospital Will Melt Your Heart
Chris Evans and Chris Pratt are the true MVPs of Twitterbowl, y'alls.
Like a true Patriot, Captain America a.k.a. Chris Evans took some time off Avengers duty to visit some kids at the Seattle Children's Hospital on Saturday (7 March)
Evans - in his red, white and blue getup - was accompanied by Guardians of the Galaxy hunk Chris Pratt. It's a double Chris affair!
This isn't a random celebrity visit though. Back in January, both Pratt and Evans bet each other on the outcome of the annual Super Bowl (some American football event that's a huge thing in the US)
@ChrisEvans OK. Seahawks win you fly yourself to Seattle, visit @seattlechildren hospital as Captain America, waving the 12th man flag.

@prattprattpratt I accept. And when the Patriots humiliate your seachickens, I expect Star-Lord to arrive at @chris_haven in a Brady jersey

Pratt was rooting for the Seattle Seahawks while Evans was pretty sure that the New England Patriots will "humiliate" Pratt's "seachickens". Instead of betting money, both Chrises agreed to visit a children's charity of each other's choice if they lost the bet.
The Patriots ended up beating the Seahawks, so Chris Evans won the bet. But first, here's an adorable photo of the two superheroes at the Super Bowl game:
Upholding his end of the bet, Pratt popped by Christopher's Haven a few days after the game in full costume as Star-Lord with a bunch of toys and gift bags for the kids
Evans was also on-site to hand out some mini Captain America shields and high-fives!
Thanks to their Twitter bet, the Chrises have raised nearly $27,000 for Christopher's Haven and Seattle's Children's Hospital
“We are grateful that real-life superheroes Chris Pratt and Chris Evans turned their sports rivalry into an opportunity to support kids in their communities,” said Lisa Brandenburg, president of Seattle Children’s. “We are delighted that patients and families at both Seattle Children’s and Christopher’s Haven will benefit from these generous donations.”
