Caterpillars Were The Cause Of 'Post-Urbanscapes Rashes', Says MAEPS
"After detail investigation, we discover the cause of the itchiness is due to caterpillars that love eating grass and breed seasonally in the ground," said MAEPS in a statement to Urbanscapes-goers.

Describing the area as "agricultural" and quite ‘jungle-like’, the MAEPS spokesperson said there was no way to get rid of the insects while the event was ongoing. He added that using repellent before attending Urbanscapes could have reduced the sting.

Lemon Juice, Aloe Vera, Oatmeal And Some Other Remedies To Cure Your Post-Urbanscapes Rashes
COLD COMPRESS: Run cool tap water over affected skin for as long as you need throughout the day or fill up your bath tub (add essential oils as per the point above if you want) and soak yourself. Alternatively, apply cold compresses to the affected areas using a wet cloth, or ice packs.

APPLE CIDER VINEGAR: Put a few drops onto a cotton pad or washcloth and dab onto the affected area.

ESSENTIAL OIL: Add them to your bath water or apply directly on your skin. Among the oils you can use are chamomile, clove, geranium, lavender, neem, peppermint, rosemary, thyme and more.

LEMON JUICE: Apply lemon juice to the affected surface and allow to dry. Or, squeeze lemon juice on a cotton pad and swipe it over itchy skin, repeating daily as needed.

BAKING SODA: Prepare a paste by mixing 3 parts of baking soda with 1 part of water. Apply this mixture on affected areas, and keep as long as necessary.
