Born Yunalis Zarai and originally from Alor Setar, Yuna has come a long way since she first uploaded music onto her MySpace page while attending law school. Now based in Los Angeles, Yuna remains true to her Malaysian roots through her music – an organic blend of pop, folk and R&B which she describes as “a cross between Mary Poppins and Coldplay”.
