While Malaysians were anticipating what is in store for nation in Budget 2017, it was PM Najib Razak's outfit today that stole everyone's attention

All eyes were on Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak, dressed in hot pink baju Melayu, as he arrived at the Parliament House at 3.45pm today to table Budget 2017.

It was reported that he had attended a prayer session at the Ministry of Finance earlier before heading to the Parliament building.

Before today, netizens were taking turns to guess what colour PM Najib would put on for Budget 2017

It is noted that the premier wore the baju Melayu in bright colours in the previous years to "bring up the mood" when announcing important matters in the tabling of the yearly budget.

It looks like PM Najib's choice did not come as a surprise to many
