What are election victory celebrations like in other countries? Malaysia saw her 13th general election this weekend, with ruling Barisan Nasional coalition led by PM Najib Razak winning 133 seats out of the 222-member parliament. While elections in the People's Republic of China are based on a hierarchical electoral system, many other countries experience modern representative democracy.
