A total of 550 participants from Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Brunei and Timor Leste, including crew and medics, are taking part in the ASEAN Rides Festival.

It began in Johor and Perlis on Friday and ends on 13 September.

A convoy of about 8,300 superbikers attended the festival, and their participation made it into the Malaysia Book of Records for the largest gathering of motorcyclists in the country.
