These Are The Strangest Photos Of 2013 So Far...

Humans are fascinating creatures, and 2013 has been an eventful year. Amid tragedies and triumphs, people have also created peculiar works and moments. Some seem bizarre because they are from a foreign culture. Others are simply strange. Here are some of our favorites so far.
