1. 2-Minute French Toast In A Cup

1 1/2 to 2 slices bread
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
Dash of cinnamon
Maple syrup, loads of it

Cooking Instructions:
1. Cube slices of bread.
2. Place bread cubes in mug.
3. Combine egg, milk and cinnamon in a separate small bowl.
4. Pour egg mixture into mug.
5. Press bread down so it can fully absorb liquid.
6. Microwave for one minute, and then ten seconds at a time until fully cooked.
7. Pour some maple syrup over it and dig in!

2. Scrambled Eggs In Bacon Cups

Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
A little butter
3 bacon strips

Cooking Instructions:
1. Cut 1 bacon strip into halves.
2. Crisscross them on the bottom of a small bowl. Wrap 2 strips around the sides.

3. Place bowl on a plate. Put in microwave and cook for 2.5 minutes. Let cool.
(Tip: Put a piece of paper towel on top to soak up the grease, so you don’t have to clean up the microwave later.)
4. Coat a microwavable mug with melted butter. (About 15 seconds in the microwave will do.)
5. Mix eggs and milk in mug.
6. Microwave for 45 seconds. Stir. Then, microwave for another 40 seconds.

Ingredients:
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon skim milk

Ingredients:
1 egg
1 1/2 tablespoons milk

Ground black pepper
1/4 of a bagel (or similar amount of French bread, etc.)
2 teaspoons cream cheese
1/2 slice prosciutto or ham
Fresh thyme leaves or fresh chopped chives
Dijon mustard

Cooking Instructions:
1. Beat egg and milk together with a fork in a coffee cup, adding salt and pepper to taste.
2. Tear bread into dime-size pieces; stir in.

5. Instant Mac 'n' Cheese In A Mug

Ingredients:
1/3 cup pasta
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (I mixed shredded swiss and parmesan as well)
Optional: 1/2 tablespoon butter or margarine

Directions:
1. Combine pasta and water in large mug or bowl.
2. Microwave pasta in 1-minute intervals, stirring after each minute to check noodle consistency. The water should be absorbed and the noodles should be soft after about 4 minutes of this.
3. Add in cheese and milk, and stir. (Optional: add melted butter here to make your mac slightly creamier.)
4. Put pasta back in microwave for 1 minute, stir thoroughly, and enjoy!

Ingredients:
60g cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 to 4 tablespoons sugar (to taste)

10. Eggless Chocolate Cake In A Mug

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
A pinch of salt
2 tablespoons milk

4. Bake in the microwave on high for 1 minute. You may need to add or subtract 5-10 seconds depending on your microwave, but don’t be tempted to overcook or it will be dry. It should still be moist on the bottom and will continue cooking as it sets.

Muffin:
1/4 cup flour
2 tablespoon granulated sugar
1/8 teaspoon baking powder
1/16 teaspoon baking soda

Few drops of vanilla essence
1/4 cup flour

Crumb topping:
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon brown sugar

2. Add sugar and stir until it’s fluffy and creamy. Add in the egg.

5. In a separate bowl, combine butter, flour, brown sugar and cinnamon. Mix together with your fingers until the mixture becomes crumbly.
