5 Things That Inspire Me To Pursue New Things In Life
1. My willingness and ability to go the extra mile
Life is tough. So are the several paths that we choose. And in order to succeed, we need to have an insatiable desire to do so. Therefore, it is imperative that we must not become content with whatever that we do and are always willing to take the extra step.
2. Stories of people who have achieved the impossible in their life
The thing about successful people is that like everyone else, they too start out as ordinary. They do the things everyone else seems to be doing. But then at some point in their life they decide that's not enough. So they decide that they are going to take a stand and do the things that they were doing, a little differently.
3. The love and support I get from family and friends
It is something that almost all of us, at some point in our life whether knowingly or unknowingly take for granted. But often what we thrive for seems of no value if the love and support from family and friends is not there. For many, the very support of people around is what drives them to do what they do.
4. My desire to be of value in the lives of others
As Einstein wrote, 'Only a life lived for others is worth living', the things that we do, what we strive to achieve, would seem futile if our deeds and presence in the lives of people around us adds no value.
5. The belief that I can only build a better future, if I make good use of the present
Every day, every moment presents an opportunity to create ourselves anew, to shrug off the baggage of the past and open ourselves up to the possibility of the moment and take action to create an incredible future. By making good use of the present and only than, can we build a better future for ourselves.
