Hue, Thua Thien Hue province is situated in the central of Vietnam and far from Hanoi about 560 km the south and Saigon about 650 km the north moreover it is near the South China Sea about 15 km the west with the total population about 340,000. In the past, Hue is the imperial capital of Nguyen Dynasty from 1802 to 1945. Hue climate is special –tropical monsoon climate consist of two main seasons: dry season and rainy season beside there are spring and average rainy season.
