Malacca's Jurassic Park theme park: First of its kind

Estimated RM200mil to build Jurassic Park
The entire project at the reclamation site would see RM300mil being pumped in and would be executed in construction of shopping malls and 2,000 units of low-cost flats worth RM42,000 per unit.
