After being in the business for five years, The Good Batch cafe in Damansara Utama has revamped their menu and given their cafe a makeover!
Inspired by healthy lifestyle trends, head chef, Davis Dihem, reinvented the cafe’s menu with hearty additions made out of local produce and fresh ingredients
Seeing how popular their brunch offerings are, newcomers like Chicken & Waffles and Pulled Duck Benedict in their All- Day Breakfast menu should prove to be a hit among their regulars
Good Batch's Chicken & Waffles are a real classic - crispy chicken thigh and buttermilk waffles drenched in maple syrup with a side of orange citrus salad.
The Pulled Duck Benedict features a slow-cooked braised duck, toasted Brioche, and organic poached eggs, spiced up with chipotle Hollandaise, and sprinkled with crispy duck bits that burst with flavour
If you need more wholesome options, try their Pan-seared Duck Breast and Mexican Grilled Chicken off their new dinner menu that’s served from 6pm daily
Just look at that! We love the juiciness of the duck and how well it goes with the sweet plum vinaigrette. That orange ring around the dish is pumpkin mash, with sides of sautéed carrots and grilled mushrooms.
Also new to the menu is the Mexican Grilled Chicken that’s great for times when you’re craving Mexican food but can’t quite find a restaurant that serves it
We were definitely satisfied with Chef Davis' Mexican Verde sauce drenched over a juicy chicken thigh, and served with three sides - corn mash, grilled capsicum and crunchy tempura cauliflower! Yum!
Of course, not everything on the menu has changed. Fan favourites like The Ang Moh Big Breakfast platter and other pasta dishes remain, but with a delightful twist.
