Thinking of quitting your job to travel the world? Think again. There's a company that wants to pay you to go on luxurious travels.
It's not a scam. THIRDHOME, a Tennessee based premier home exchange club, is offering a job for anyone that wants to travel in style, write, and photograph their experiences.
It is a job with a three-month contract that comes with a monthly USD10,000 (approximately RM44,300) salary and will cover all your travel expenses. The successful applicant will get to stay in a total of 12 of the most luxurious homes over the period of three months.
What are the basic requirements applicants must have?
- The ability to understand and appreciate luxury, and share your experiences by blogging, vlogging, and through other social media channels
- Excellent writing skills
- A valid passport/visa
- A driving licence
- No fear of flying
- No criminal records
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to travel anywhere required for three consecutive months (Travelling period may be from late summer to late fall)
- No pets allowed
- Applicants can be located anywhere in the world
Along with the basic qualifications, an ideal candidate must also have these experiences:
Applicants are expected to have experience with social media, writing, blogging, vlogging, and the ability to best describe their travels with great description, photographs, and videos.
The company also expect applicants to be a "luxury connoisseur " who appreciates the finer things in life and has a good understanding of the hospitality industry and international travels and what they entail.
The successful applicant is allowed to bring one travel companion but the position does not pay for the travel expenses of the companion
THIRDHOME will only pay the monthly salary of the one successful application. If the finalist decides to bring a travel companion along, they'll have to cover their own expenses. The accommodation, however, is for both people.
The company will pay the chosen applicant USD10,000 monthly and cover all travel expenses of the individual for the three-month period as per the contract.
