The rage room by MYBestBox lets people smash the most random items from glass bottles to computer screens in a safe (and legal) environment.

Located in Berjaya Times Square, Bukit Bintang, the space is designed specifically to handle screams and beatings so visitors can completely let loose and go crazy.

When you arrive, you'll be provided with protective gear and a weapon of mass destruction

Each visitor will have to put on a full body jumpsuit, a helmet with a face shield, and thick gloves so they can protect themselves from shards of glass scattered all over the room.

This is all provided by MYBestBox and it comes in different sizes to fit different bodies.

Then, you'll get to choose your very own weapon of mass destruction. Options include baseball bats, golf clubs, and also crowbars.

Not only that, you can even choose a soundtrack to accompany your boiling anger

Break some plates to your favourite rock tunes or even some classical music, choosing a song to rage out to is part of the whole process at MYBestBox.

After that, you're free to go all out and just smash everything to your heart's content.

Prices start from RM40/pax for one session
