This Woman Can Lift Coconuts, Objects, And Even A Surfboard Using Her Vagina ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
She believes that "vaginal weightlifting can empower women."
Kim Anami is a "holistic sex and relationship expert" with a distinctively unique powerlifting ability.
The 36-year-old can lift weights with her vagina(!) and firmly believes that "vaginal weightlifting can empower women."
Anami calls the activity "vaginal kung fu" and travels around the world promoting the benefits.
In this video by Barcroft TV, which has more than 770K views, the vaginal weightlifter says "having a vaginal weightlifting practice" gives her and "anyone that practices it the best sex of their lives."
There are health benefits beyond good sex, she said, including reduced incontinence, and preventing pelvic organ prolapse after childbirth.
“The practice creates an overall lift in the body -- even a face lift," she said. "I have had clients stop using Botox because they took up vaginal weightlifting.”
And she squeezes (get it? get it? "squeeze") every single bit of publicity out of "vaginal kung fu" by posting Instagram photos of herself lifting various objects with the help of an egg-shaped piece of jade in her vagina just by contracting her muscles
Anami compares the practice to yoga, but for the vagina
The Canadian teacher takes a jade egg and ties a thin piece of string to it before inserting the egg into her vagina. She uses the other side of the string to connect to the object she intends to lift by only utilizing her superhero-like muscles.
This method, according to the intimacy coach, gives women sexual confidence, power and strengthens the pelvic floor far more effectively than regular Kegels.
There are no dangers, according to Anami, in vagina weightlifting with a woman’s sexual apparatus. The key to vagina weightlifting is starting small and slowly working up just as one would do in a traditional weightlifting regimen.
However, prospective vaginal weightlifters be warned:
Anami says that a friend of hers in Thailand hospitalised three men because she exercised her grip too forcefully.
"I heard of a friend of mine, a woman in Thailand, who put three men in the hospital because she didn't know her own strength," Anami said with a wink.
