#YourTimeIsNow
HUGO Urban Journey is the latest fragrance to be released as part of HUGO Parfum's #YourTimeIsNow campaign
Created to encourage youths to step out of their comfort zones and explore the city, the new fragrance has a strong aromatic black tea scent that's coupled with guaiac wood, giving it an energetic edge.
This intense heart note is contrasted with fresh citrusy Himalayan whorlflower scent, making the new Limited Edition HUGO Urban Journey an exciting and confident fragrance.
In partnership with HUGO Parfums, we recently ran a #YourTimeIsNow contest to give away a once-in-a-lifetime urban adventure
We asked you to share your most unexpected yet enriching experience. Out of the many entries, Isaac stood out and won the grand prize!
Isaac shared the story of how he was selected by Kyoto University to attend a two-week, fully sponsored program in Japan last year. It was enriching in many ways.
Firstly, the seminar broadened his perspective as it helped him to see and think outside of his field of expertise, which is engineering. Then he was able to experience Japan first-hand, this included making macha, wearing kimono, walking in the shrines, speaking Japanese, and seeing snow for the first time.
What Isaac loved most about his unexpected experience was meeting awesome people all around the world.
As the grand prize winner, Isaac was treated to an epic day out with Han Pin, an Insta-famous influencer
Isaac and Han Pin headed to Laman Seni 7 to learn how to design and create graffiti with Chang Yong, a street artist
As part of the ultimate urban experience, the guys took to the streets and headed to Laman Seni to learn graffiti. These hidden back lanes in Shah Alam are home to explosive colours and innovative street art. It was the perfect backdrop for an unexpected experience in the city.
In the spirit of HUGO Urban Journey, Isaac, Han Pin, and Chang Yong, set out to create the KL city skyline through art.
What did they think about their first urban journey with graffiti?
"It’s actually an amazing experience, because when we were doing the stencils, we didn’t know that this exact picture was going to come out this way!" - Han Pin
