Anaki Boizu In TTDI Is Your New Go-To Restaurant For Beef Ramen
It's delicious AND affordable! Doesn't get any better than that!
Calling all ramen lovers! There's finally a ramen store you can bring ALL your muslim and non-muslim makan buddies to!
Anaki Boizu is a quiet little shop in TTDI run by two good friends who have always dreamt about opening their own ramen store. Located on the second floor, this hole-in-the-wall restaurant has a small menu but is a powerhouse of good quality food.
It's not hard to see why this place is becoming increasingly known for its chicken broth ramen. The soup is boiled for at least four hours so that you have the maximum poultry goodness.
Fair warning though, Anaki Boizu currently only serves 25 bowls of ramen a day. So if you want to catch the worm, you've got to be an early bird.
It doesn't stop there! Anaki Boizu has three types of ramen altogether. Their other popular dish is the Smoked Beef Brisket Ramen that comes with sesame sauce.
The Soft Shell Crab Ramen is a must-try when you visit the restaurant. Made with chicken broth, miso paste, and garlic oil - this dish is a treat you'll want to have every day of the week.
If you're a true blue foodie, then we know you'd love some good innards in your ramen. How about some liver? Perhaps even some gizzard? Anaki Boizu has it all.
Last but certainly not least, another fan favourite is the Fried Prawn Ball made from scratch in the store using fresh prawns and bonito flakes. No meal at this restaurant would be complete without it!
