How To Make Crispy, Tasty Puff Pastry Pizza With Paratha In Just 4 Easy Steps

You know what's better than buttery paratha? Flaky puff pastry pizza... made with paratha!

Shihan Chowdhury, who goes by @chilipeppercooks online, shares a simple recipe to get this cheesy puff pastry pizza in just four steps.

- Frozen paratha
- Tomato sauce
- Mozzarella cheese
- Turkey pepperoni (or any other topping you like)
- Thai green chilli 

Step one: Take one sheet of paratha and spread tomato sauce on it

Step two: Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and chopped green chilli

Step three: Lay another paratha sheet on top of it, then press and fold the edges to seal them together

Coat the top with egg wash for a little shine.

Step four: Pop it into the oven and bake at 420°F (or 215°C) for 20 minutes. And you're done!

Look at that cheesy goodness. *drools*
