All changes to AirAsia flight dates must be made within the next ten days starting from today.

Passengers can choose from these two options:

1. Move flight: Passengers can perform one date change for all bookings with no extra charge by up to 30 days from the original travel date. This option is subject to seat availability and any fare or tax differences.

2. Credit account: Passengers can opt to have the fare value credited to their AirAsia BIG Loyalty account for future travel with AirAsia, to be redeemed within 90 calendar days from the date of credit issue.
