Bodies of 2 men with hands and legs bound and their heads wrapped in plastic bags were discovered by police at Alor Pongsu R&R around 4pm

The stench and the presence of flies hovering over the trunk of a Proton Waja left parked at the south-bound Alor Pongsu R&R area of the North-South Expressway near here, led to the discovery of bodies of two men.

They were identified as Ting Liong Chin, 28, from Cheras and Seu Hong Chee, 19, from Kepong in Kuala Lumpur
