#Budget2019: New Fees To Be Paid By All Travellers Flying Out Of Malaysia

The levy will come into effect from 1 June, 2019.

Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng announced today, 2 November, a proposed levy on all passengers who travel overseas via air routes

The announcement was made during the tabling of Pakatan Harapan's first-ever budget.

The levy will be RM20 for passengers flying to Asean countries and RM40 for travellers going to other countries
