The victim, who was only identified only as ‘Lau’ (at press-time), was walking with a friend to a coffee shop when the freak incident happened. There are different models, ranging from minor ones to those that are destructive. Owning one is easy as it can be bought in camping shops. In this case, either the victim did not realise that or he just ignored the danger of modified devices. It is very sad a life was sacrificed because of plain ignorance.
