Are you earning about RM3,000-RM5,000 per month? Do you know you can't afford a house in most cities in KL? Property prices are increasing everyday. The rich can buy as many houses as they want, the poor are entitled to low-cost housing, what do the middle income group get?

People earning below RM5,000 would find it difficult to purchase the affordable houses which range between RM200,000 and RM400,000.
Solutions?
Affordable housing will be available to all middle-income earners, even those who have a total household income of RM7,500 per month under the 1Malaysia People Housing programme.
