A Malaysian company has gone viral on TikTok after it rewarded its staff with lavish gifts that included a bungalow, overseas trips, and vehicles
In a 20-second video posted last week, @kaktiii01 said her employer JRM Holistik, a company selling healthcare products, gave out rewards to top-performing employees during its annual dinner.
The video shows one employee receiving a bungalow worth RM800,000, while another received a double-storey terrace worth RM430,000.
Meanwhile, other employees received a luxury bedroom set worth RM10,000, a Perodua Myvi worth RM50,000, an all-expense paid umrah trip, and more.
At the time of writing, the video has garnered almost 800,000 views and 33,000 likes, with many netizens expressing their amazement at JRM Holistik's generosity
Responding to a netizen's inquiry, @kaktiii01 shared that she was awarded a house by her employer.
The TikTok user also clarified that JRM Holistik is neither a multi-level marketing nor an insurance company.
She explained that the reward was based on employees' performance, "not a lucky draw".
