Malindo Air will start servicing from Subang in June
Malaysia's newest low-cost airline Malindo Air will operate from Skypark Terminal in Subang starting June this year to serve passengers in Malaysia and Indonesia.

Malindo Air had starts accepting flight booking after receiving an Air Operator Certificate (AOC) by the end of last month, which allows it to operate commercial air operations in Malaysia.

I think if the drop (from RM3.30 to RM2.95) in Airasia's shares are to be taken as a signal due to the launch of Malindo Air, do take a note of the joint venture.
With the Lion Group entering the market, fares will almost certainly drop across the board. With Malindo a LCC, AirAsia will in theory be its biggest competitor.
So in any price war, if it does happen, AirAsia’s fares will be impacted as Malindo has promised to introduce even lower discounted airfares.
