Man In Sepang Found Cockroach Egg In His Food But The Restaurant Said It's A Red Bean
"They tried to tell me it was a red bean. It's cockroach egg!" he wrote.
A man recently went viral after he uploaded a video of him inspecting a cockroach egg sac in a plate of fried rice
On 28 February, Jamal Firdaus shared on Facebook that he was helping his wife finish her fried rice at a mamak restaurant in Sepang when he realised that there was a cockroach egg sac.
He wrote, "I can't deny, I like the fried chicken at this place but this time, I didn't order any food. I was just accompanying my wife. I was going to help her finish the rest of her food and then suddenly there's a cockroach egg sac. And how I despise cockroaches."
According to him, the restaurant tried to deny that it was a cockroach egg
"They tried to tell me it was a red bean. It's cockroach egg!" he wrote.
Along with the photo of the sac in his plate, he shared images of other cockroach egg sacs he found on Google.

He said, "For those eating here, or anywhere else, remember to always check your food first"
Jamal also urged everyone else to not be like him because he only found the cockroach egg after he almost finished all the rice.
"So be careful to everyone who likes to eat at mamak restaurants. It doesn't matter where. Just make sure there's no unwanted ingredients in our food. Today it's cockroach egg, maybe tomorrow it's baby cockroaches or adult cockroaches," he added.
SAYS reached out to the restaurant in question and the manager admitted that they do not know how it got into the dish. No further comment was provided.
