"Old and disabled people should be beggars."

It's no secret that people in the service industry — waiters, cleaners, etc. — are some of the worst treated by the very people they are serving. It's almost as if money buys us the right to mistreat them.

At least that seems to be the case with this, as described by one Euphemia Lee on her Facebook, "disgusting, vile swine posing as a human being" who made a deaf and mute cleaner feel like dirt.

Her name is Alice Fong. At the time of writing this, she has "earned" the distinction of being the most viral woman from Singapore, all for bad reasons, though.

In this video posted by Euphemia Lee, shared so far by 27,361 people, Alice, in a crowded food court at JEM, is seen berating an elderly cleaner for misunderstanding her and trying to clear her table while she was still eating her food.

Euphemia shared the video with the following description on FB:

"Does anyone working in the Jurong area know this troll?

At lunch today at JEM, I had the gross misfortune of crossing paths with this disgusting, vile swine posing as a human being.

The cleaner misunderstood her grunting when he asked if he could clear her tray for affirmation. She abruptly exploded into cursing and violent upper body actions. She then told him that he should go and die and should not be given a coffin. She then continued eating until her husband returned, after which she insisted her husband drag the old man back to their table to APOLOGISE to her.

It was then that the manager of the cleaning company stepped in to explain that said old man was BOTH DEAF AND MUTE. In the video is what ensued... In a nutshell, her saying that old and disabled people should not be given employment nor forgiven for their mistakes. And that they should just be beggars and wait for the government to feed them.

I cannot understand how such an evil being can exist. She should start looking out for the Karma bus whenever she crosses the road."

While most of what Alice Fong, who was identified so by Yahoo! says is hard to make out in the three minutes long video, she can be seen raising her voice at times and shouting things like:

"If you're deaf, don't work. Go home and sleep. That's for the Government to feed you. Go and be a beggar. I don't care. You took my food!"

"I don't want to understand! My food. I want him to apologise!"

"Are you telling me that he is old, he is deaf, he is dumb, I must give in? I must understand? Are you trying to tell me that? I don't want to understand."

The deaf and mute cleaner, who is not seen in the video, is said to be an elderly man in his 70s and walked with a limp, Euphemia described while speaking with The Straits Times, adding that she decided to upload the video on Facebook as "the things she said were... too much for us to turn a blind eye and forget about it"

Prior to this, a Malaysian was seen berating a couple from Singapore for parking their car in an OKU lot at a rest stop in Machap, Johor:
