The teacher's name is Rabiatul Adawiyah Ibrahim, and she teaches at SMK Taman Desaminium in Seri Kembangan, Selangor

When Rabiatul was hit by labour pains during her class, the principal and other teachers rushed over to help her

She safely gave birth to a 2.2kg girl at about 11.30am on Wednesday. Both mother and child were sent to the hospital later.

Rabiatul's husband Raja Abdullah Raja Jusoh, also 29-year-old, said his wife was only due in two weeks and that he was shocked to receive a call from his wife

“She called to say she was having labour pains but when I arrived at the school she had already given birth,” said Raja Abdullah, who teaches in another school. This is their third child.
