AirAsia's New Office Will Make You Want To Get A Job There ASAP

The RedQ is definitely one of the coolest offices we've seen this year.

Local budget airline AirAsia moved into their spanking new office yesterday on Monday, 7 November

RedQ, which is short for RedQuarters will house up to 2,000 AirAsia Allstars (staff) and encompasses an area of 18,000sqm.

Located next to klia2, the construction for RedQ began in December 2014.

AirAsia staff were included in the naming of the new headquarters. RedQ was selected as the winning entry, which was submitted by AirAsia X cabin crew member January Ann Baysa from the Philippines

The design of the new office is said to be a reflection of the company's vision in becoming the number one airline in Malaysia and across the region

"The design of this new corporate office reflects the airline group's determination in becoming the number one airline in Malaysia and across the region, while incorporating elements showcasing its professional, fun and friendly attitude," AirAsia said as quoted by The Edge Markets.

In celebration of the move, the company threw an awesome party filled with balloons, food, and surprise performances from two of the biggest names in Malaysian music - SonaOne and Joe Flizzow
