The fatal accident happened along the Pasir Gudang Highway near Taman Daya and crashed head-on into the victims early this morning.
nst.com.myIt is learnt that the lorry driver, en route to the city centre, lost control of his vehicle and swerved to the opposite lane before colliding with the motorcyclists at about 7.45am.

All three were riding on separate motorcycles when the lorry rammed into them.
thestar.com.my31-year-old Ridwan Abd Rashid, a witness at the scene of accident, said the whole incident happened so fast that he was shocked to see the lorry crashing into the lane for oncoming traffic
“I was driving my car behind the motorcyclists and saw all of them being run over by the lorry. I quickly stopped to help them but two of them had died while the other was bleeding profusely,” he said.

The 29-year-old lorry driver had since been detained to assist in investigations.

Mohd Nazrin’s mother Rabiah Lip, 64, was in shock.
“I saw him three days ago, and now he is gone,” she said.

“My father usually never goes out, but he insisted on treating our family to a meal on Friday. That will be my last memory of him,” he said.
