Earlier this week, a YouTube channel VideoDaddy released a video titled World Hates Women. It opens with these hard-hitting lines:
The video highlights stories of extreme brutality against women in the world over. Citing UN, it stats that "one out of three women has been beaten, forced into sex or abused during her lifetime."
In the last 4 days, it was released on 6 August 2014, the video has gone viral on social media, with several Indian news and media outlets sharing it through their websites
At the time of publishing this story on SAYS, the video, already trending on YouTube, has garnered over 6 million views
The video shows many ways of how women are a target hatred and how big a price they have to pay for it. One of the stories highlighted in the video is about a seven-month-old girl who was raped and killed by a man her mother once dated.
