After making his way into Goodison Park an hour before kickoff, Wee tweeted a selfie to show his look of pure, mustachioed joy upon finally being in his beloved club's home ground after so many years of support.

He was left disappointed when the match was postponed just an hour before kick-off.

The wild English weather ruined the night for thousands of Everton fans when the Premier League game against Crystal Palace was postponed.

Miraculously, Wee's Tweets Quickly Reached Everton Staff. They Tracked Him Down Before He Left, Introduced Him To Everton Players And Treated Him To A Tour

They located him in the ground before introducing him to the players and manager Roberto Martínez in the Goodison dressing room.

Thanks in part to social media, the club found him before he left the ground and took him to meet manager Roberto Martinez and England left back Leighton Baines.

Everton tried to make the best of a bad situation by giving a Malaysian fan the VIP treatment after severe weather forced the late postponement of their Premier League game against Crystal Palace.

Lee Then Woke Up On Thursday To Find Out He Had Become A Media Star

Wee will return to the club on Thursday, when he will be given a stadium tour by former Everton striker Graeme Sharp and meet national and local media.

"I wish to thank Everton for the great hospitality," tweeted Wee. "Really appreciate it, also much obliged to the many Evertonians sending warm messages.
