EPF Online Services Temporarily Unavailable For 4 Days
Users should plan their financial needs in advance as the system will be unavailable from 17 to 20 November.
The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) has recently announced a four-day system upgrade scheduled from 17 to 20 November
The system maintenance aims to enhance IT efficiency and strengthen the system for long-term resilience.
Users will experience temporary interruptions during this period
If you're an EPF account holder, you will also not be able to access your account or conduct transactions.
The EPF Contact Management Centre will also be temporarily unavailable during the upgrade period. However, EPF branches will still remain open and, transactions will be completed after the maintenance period.
Plan your financial needs ahead of the system maintenance period
Any pending transactions and requests will be processed from 21 November onwards.
EPF said the upgrade is necessary to enhance efficiency and to ensure a robust infrastructure for its users.
