LG unveiled the world's biggest OLED TV, with screen measuring 55-inch diagonally at Consumer Electronics Show 2013 in January 2013. This TV measures 4mm along the waistline and weights 22 pounds. It is now available for pre-order in Korean markets and will be released to non-Korean markets in the months ahead. The biggest Curved 3D OLED TV by LG

At Consumer Electronics Show 2013 in January, LG unveiled the world's biggest OLED TV, with screen measuring 55-inch diagonally. This TV measures 4mm along the waistline and weights 22 pounds.

Like an IMAX theater screen, the edges are curved towards the viewer to provide a more immersive feeling.

OLED TVs are thinner, lighter and brighter than LED TVS; have wider viewing angles and consume much less power.

Pre-orders start on 29 April in Korea

Pre-orders for the TV will start on April 29th, while the first deliveries will begin sometime in June. Release dates & pricing for non-Korena markets are coming "in the months ahead."

How much does the Curved 3D OLED TV by LG cost?

LG's Curved OLED TV will sell for 15 million Korean won, or about $13,515 - a premium of about $3,600 over the company's identically-sized, but two-dimensional, OLED TV.
