Digi has rolled out new updates to its MyDigi mobile app that makes the app even more useful for its users
Launched to keep things simple for Digi users, the MyDigi app is a one-stop platform that allows users to complete a range of tasks, from viewing and paying bills, to managing data, to purchasing top-up and Internet quota.
If you've been enjoying the convenience of using MyDigi, you're gonna love the new updates to the app, especially the awesome rewards you can redeem by earning badges.
1. Awesome rewards just waiting to be unlocked
Earn badges whenever you reload a minimum of RM30 or purchase minimum RM4 internet add-ons with the app. You can use these badges to redeem awesome rewards like free Internet!
Also, check out the MyDigi Rewards™ section for some pretty amazing RM0.99 Superdeals everyday! There are also epic monthly rewards and freebies to look forward to.
2. Levelled-up customer service and support
Troubleshooting any issues you may be facing just got much easier. Just tap on the Support tab and send out a quick SOS email. Alternatively, a Live Chat option is available too.

3. A wider range of payment options
Bill payments and online reloads are made much more convenient with the expanded payment options now available. The upgraded FPX-compatible app allows users to pay using their bank of choice. Plus, payments are done in real-time, as opposed to the 3-day payment period using bank portals.
If you would prefer to pay using your credit card or debit card, those options are available as well.
