Tech Reviewers Not Crazy About Samsung's New Galaxy Tab 3

Samsung announced its all-new Galaxy Tab 3 yesterday, 29 April, a 7-inch tablet with a dual-core 1.2GHz processor that runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. "The Tab 3 takes some design cues from the Galaxy Note line, but make no mistake. This tablet is far from being a high-end piece of hardware."

gizmag.com

"The more wallet-friendly slate has now finally made it’s debut, and it’s, um, not all that different to the last one."

digitaltrends.com

"The Tab line is likely Samsung’s way of staying competitive with cheap, small tables like the Nexus 7 and Kindle Fire, but I wouldn’t expect this to light a fire under that many consumers."

techcrunch.com

"Bringing the 7 inch Tab now though takes steam out of the Samsung train. It’s dual core processor has drawn criticism, as it so obviously pales when set alongside the rest of the Samsung range."
