[UPDATE] Celcom, DiGi And Other Places You Can Buy An iPhone 6

The pricing for the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus have been confirmed by local telcos Maxis and DiGi. We list down the prices on where you can get your hands on the phone.

Option 1: Maxis is selling the iPhone 6 from as low as RM659 and the iPhone 6 Plus starting from RM999.

The iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus is now available for pre-orders in Malaysia and Maxis has finally revealed its iPhone plan bundling. In terms of plan options, the latest iPhone models will be available with either MaxisOne Plan or its usual iValue offering. The iPhone 6 is offered from as low as RM659 while the bigger iPhone 6 Plus is offered from RM999. In terms of contract duration, you will be happy to know that Maxis offers both 12 months and 24 month contract options. However take note that the MaxisOne Plan offering comes with extra 1GB add-on at RM30/month, which will cost you RM158/month. Furthermore, it is only available with 24 months contract duration.

Option 2: DiGi is offering the iPhone 6 from as low as RM557.

DiGi’s lowest iPhone 6 plan, iDiGi 50 is tied with 12 months contract. DiGi too has revealed its iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus pricing on its website where they are offering it as low as RM557 and RM892 respectively. Tt is tied with either 12 months or 24 months contract with iDiGi plans that ranges from RM50/month to RM238/month. In terms of outright pricing, it looks like the iPhone 6 retains the same pricing as the iPhone 5S which starts at RM2,399 for the 16GB version. Meanwhile the iPhone 6 Plus 16GB is priced at RM2,749. Option 3: Celcom has released their plans for the iPhones as well. The iPhone 6 is offered as low as RM418 on their 2 year contract plan while you can get the iPhone 6 Plus from RM768 on a 2 year contract as well.

Option 4: Third party resellers such as Lazada. A quick check on their website shows the phones are sold between RM2,589 all the way to RM4,000.

Although you may get the phones faster than the release date, expect to pay slightly more for it. The warranty might not be official unless stated.

Option 5: The official Apple store. You can get the iPhone 6 from RM2,399 and the iPhone 6 Plus from RM2,749.

With stocks expected to be very limited on ground, you can now buy the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus online directly from Apple. In terms of price, the iPhone 6 starts from RM2,399 while the iPhone 6 Plus is offered from RM2,749.

Option 6: Sen Heng or Sen Q retail outlets. If you can't wait to line up or purchase online, you can buy the iPhones at Sen Q or Sen Heng outlets. They are priced from RM2,399 and RM2,749 and trade ins are accepted.

Take note that it will be available at SenQ One Utama, SenQ Cheras Leisure Mall and SenQ IOI Mall at 10:30AM tomorrow morning. It will also be available across SenHeng branches nationwide. In terms of pricing, the iPhone 6 will be sold outright from RM2,399 while the iPhone 6 Plus price starts from RM2,749. You can refer to the full iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus Malaysian pricing post. As usual, SenQ will be offering additional 1 year warranty for OnePlus card members as well as Easy Payment Plans with 0% Interest via Credit Card. There will be trade-in promotions as well but from their past Galaxy Note 4 trade-in promo, the value won’t be as high as you would hope for.
