Sony PlayStation Accounts Are Being Permanently Suspended For No Apparent Reason
Sony says some users were banned for violating its terms of service.

PlayStation 4 and 5 users are furious after discovering that their accounts are being permanently suspended without any prior notice
Many disgruntled gamers took to X to report the issue to Sony. The company privately replied to one user, saying some users were suspended for violating the PlayStation Network Terms of Service and User Agreement.
Other affected PlayStation owners also expressed their disappointment on other social media platforms, saying they have experienced the same problem for the past 24 hours.

Sony has not released an official statement to address the matter
As of the time of writing, the company has not commented on the issue on its website or the Ask PlayStation account on X.
Many PlayStation gamers said they had a difficult time contacting the company, with some saying they had to wait a long time for a reply.
