This Local Telco Is Giving Users Free Upgrades Of Up To 500Mbps

In conjunction with the launch of the company's new plans.

Local telecommunications provider TIME has launched its revamped plans, offering faster Internet speed while retaining the same monthly commitment

Under a two-year contract, the new plans offer Internet speed ranging from 100Mbps to 500Mbps!

The 8Mbps plan has been upgraded to 100Mbps while the 15Mbps plan is now at 300Mbps. Lastly, the 50Mbps plan has been raised to 500Mbps. Pricing remains unchanged, with unlimited quota now.

Existing TIME users should be happy about the launch as the company is offering free upgrades to current plans.

For existing Time Fibre customers, you should be receiving a confirmation email regarding the upgrade of your current plan. For example, customers on the 15Mbps Time Fibre plan will automatically be upgraded to the new 300Mbps plan, whereas customers with the 50Mbps plan will now get to enjoy 500Mbps speeds.

However, it's good to note that the current modems can only support up till 100Mbps. To enjoy the free upgrade, users would have to purchase a new modem from TIME.

New users who sign up for the 100Mpbs and 300Mpbs plans will be getting the D-Link DIR-850L while those who subscribe to the 500Mbps plan will be getting the Linksys EA6350.
