Twitter Is Replacing Retweet With Share, Adds People Tagging And Multiple Photo Sharing
Twitter is messing with its retweet button, of all things. But it's also giving more to users by adding people tagging and multiple photo sharing.
Twitter Is Entering A New Era With An Epoch-Defining Change To What The Social Network Called One Of Its Core Features: Retweets
Some users are reporting that the retweet button inside their iOS app has become a ‘share’ button — yes, the sacred retweet button! It's appearing in both the Android and iOS apps.

Those affected aren’t particularly happy with the change. Twitter has historically been sensitive to user feedback — having reversed some decisions when users don’t agree — and it often tests new tweaks and changes that end up getting discarded, so it remains to be seen whether the retweet will be replaced entirely.

The Changes Do Not Stop There, Twitter Also Announced Two New Mobile Features For Its Android And iOS Apps: Photo Tagging And Multiple Photos In A Tweet
Twitter has announced a couple of additions to its image offerings today, including the ability to tag up to 10 people in a photo without using any precious characters up. You’ll also now be able to attach up to four photos to a tweet, and Twitter will automatically craft a collage for you.

Unfortunately, the default option is set to “Allow anyone to tag me in photos.” Either of the other two options is much better, especially if you want to avoid being spammed.
