When we come across stories of gung-ho Malaysians diligently pursuing their passions in an effort to grow our nation, it seriously warms our hearts

But sometimes, no matter how hard they try, they just can't do it alone. Having a fantastic idea and the drive to see it through is great but it takes so much more to make things happen. Most of the time though, it's the lack of funds that becomes the biggest stumbling block.

The newly launched webe community app has made it their mission to be the solution these innovators need

It's basically all about making meaningful ideas and positive change happen for the community. Everyone's got something that they're passionate about and webe community aims to make all those dreams a reality. :)

Unlike other crowdfunding sites, you won't have to contribute money to help bring cool projects to life

webe community is a one-of-a-kind crowdbacking platform. What this means is that all the projects you see on there are already fully-funded by webe community! So all they need is for the public to support these projects and help 'unlock' the funds.

Yep, that's all it takes, JUST your support. It's 100% FREE for you to lend a hand in making things happen. Who knows? Maybe that project you choose to support will end up being the next big thing and you'll be part of it!

Currently, they have 7 ongoing project campaigns but only 2 (A Container Classroom for Special Needs and Cycle to China) have been unlocked so far. Here are the remaining projects that still need more help:

So how can you help? Check out this video to find out:

Step 1: Download the webe community app and sign up as a member.
Step 2: Pick the project you want webe community to give money to and make real.
Step 3: Pledge your webits to projects.
Step 4: Get other people to chip in and pledge their webits to your favourite projects.

Once a project meets their specific pledge target, it'll be unlocked and become a reality!

The deadline for all the projects above is 11th June 2016, and if they do not get unlocked by then, they will NOT be funded by webe community. :(

So you'd better start pledging ASAP! You can pledge up to 5 times a day for each project, as long as you have the webits to do so. You earn webits when you share projects and posts.
